Deacon Arnold Tyson

Arnold Tyson was born July 21, 1945 and was called to his Heavenly Home on August 14, 2018. Arnold was proceeded in death by his Father Gladys (Tamper) Tyson and Mother Mattie (Powell) Tyson, Sister Darlene Tyson, Son Clinton Mays, and Brother Coleman Tyson. Arnold was a loving husband and is survived by his wife, Lillian (Hargrove) Tyson. Children Mark Hargrove (Tanirah Hargrove Daughter-in-Law), Marcus Hargrove (Patree Cornelius) future Daughter-in-Law), Daughter Cheryle Parker (Carlos Parker Son-in-Law), Cecelli Bristol (Marcus Bristol Son-in-Law). Fourteen Grandchildren, Chanelle, Marquis, Johnathan, Alaina, Jada, Janeen, Cateno, Thaddeus, Kennethia, Ernest, Cacelli, Alivia, Tosanna, Alexanro, Thirteen Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild, and 1 God Daughter, Jackie Townsend. Arnold was a graduate of Montgomery County Vocational High School of Kilmichael Mississippi. Arnold was married to Rosie Flowers on February 23, 1965 to this union two children were born, Cheryle and Cacelli. He lived in Chicago, Illinois and worked hard to nuture and take care of his family. In June 1990, Arnold moved to Winona, Mississippi. Shortly after, Arnold met and married the love of his life, Lillian (Hargrove) Tyson on May 5, 1995, became a father of two sons, Mark Hargrove and Marcus Hargrove, and then moved to California. With this move Arnold later joined All Nations Church of God in Christ in Sacramento, CA under Itasker Hollins, Sr. gained a beautiful church family and became Deacon Tyson Arnold. The legacy of love and servitude of Deacon Arnold Tyson will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him. Arnold will be enormously missed by his family, church family, and friends. Arnold is also survived by his two brothers, Paul Tyson (Carolyn) of Salon, Ohio, Charlie Tyson (Flora) of Winona, Mississippi, three sisters, Kattie L. Taylor of Toledo, Ohio, Shirley Hobbs of Winona, Mississippi, and Mary G. Tyson of Toledo, Ohio. Three Sisters-in-Law, Eddie M. Tate (Darvis) of Winona, Mississippi, Emma Crawford of Winona, Mississippi, Violet Watts (Daremus) of Hernando, Mississippi, Brother-in-Law, Wardell Miller (Johnnie) of Chicago, Illinois, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
