On November 19, 1959 a candle was lit for Beverly. It burned brightly for 56 years until it began to dim and expire when God reached down, declared her the winner, and took her to an everlasting reward. Beverly was born on November 19, 1959 in Roseville, CA to father Ellis Moore and mother Eaddie Moore. She grew up in a large, loving family with 3 sisters and 3 brothers. In college, she excelled, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from Golden Gate University. She worked for the State of California for many years before retiring. Beverly married her childhood friend Howard Robinson on June 21, 1981. Through sickness and in health, the couple shared 35 years of love. Together they raised two children, Elyse and Lesley. She was a doting grandmother to her only grandchild, Christopher. Beverly was known for her feisty, strong-willed yet loving personality. She enjoyed having long conversations with family and friends and spending quality time at home. She was a devout Christian and a lover of the Lord. Beverly is survived by her husband, children and grandson, as well as her sisters, Joyce, Renee and Earlie; her brothers, Gary and Martell, a host of nieces and nephews; and her sisters in Christ, Marshelle Lazaro and Terrie Rometti. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ellis and Eaddie, and her brother Ellis Ray.
