Malcolm Durand Grigsby was born to Lestena Hunt Grigsby and Hiawatha Grigsby Jr. making his big entrance April 27, 1978 in Sacramento, CA. Malcolm departed from his earthly body May 24, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father Hiawatha Grigsby Jr. He attended \lalley High School and Hiram Johnson graduating from Johnson in 1996. Malcolm attended Consumes River College after high school. He worked at Target before going into an Electrical Apprentice Program through the NECA in Sacramento. As an Electrician, he helped to install the electrical S}1ste.rn .??r.t the Sheraton Hotel and other projects around Sacramento and the Bay Area. As a child, Malcolm played Soccer, baseball, and basketball with basketball bei1ng his sport of choice once in high school. Because he was a big guy (6'6"), his basketball teammates referred to him as Big Mac. Malcolm was baptized on January 5, 2003 at Shiloh. He will always be remembered by his mother Lestena, his sister Nichol Grigsby-Gibson, nieces Jalisa Grigsby and Alani Gibson, nephew Stephen Allen Gibson Ill, and great nephew Alexander Brown and other relatives and friends.
